We will honor removal requests within a reasonable time. Clients running campaigns through us remain responsible for ensuring their own outreach practices comply with applicable law in their target markets (see our Terms and Conditions, Section 8).

We keep data only as long as needed to deliver the Services, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes, and delete or anonymize it afterward.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls and secure tools. No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
